PHYSIOLOGY
L-U-000 is a humanoid male of average height and build, its most easily identifiable feature is its long, reptilian tail replacing his lower half, other notable deviations are dark grey skin, black sclera, and two green horns, which are approximately 9 inches long. Furthermore, the Anomaly bears a metallic disc where its outer cranium ought to be.
A thorough autopsy of L-U-000 revealed that the insides of the anomaly are fairly standard in comparison to the average human. Upon further examination, the subject's circulatory system was found to possess imperceptibly thin tendrils-- some as thin as 0.002 mm-- growing around its inner walls, enclosing all its arteries. These 'roots' continued to secrete some sort of hormones into the bloodstream, even though the Anomaly had been confirmed dead. It is unknown how these particles can interact with the outside world; the researcher chose to amputate and dispose of the rest of the body.
L-U-000's cranial shell serves as a caparace for the internal cybernetics implanted onto its cerebral cortex through a series of root-like components. While L-U-000's brain is outwardly identical to one of a human, it is impossible to determine if they share the same functions per area; no further assumptions are to be made until there has been sufficient research.
The metallic device was delivered to ◼◼◼◼◼ for further analysis. They determined it to be a type of communication and mind alteration mechanism; they illustrated this fact by highlighting the tendrils that were insefted into various parts of its brain and spinal cord, as well as by observation of the machine's code. The shell contains a 2-inch blackbox located in the back of the device; it connects to a base through what ◼◼◼◼◼ calls 'esoteric waste bullshit'. The helmet is constantly receiving 'commands', which are stored inside the blackbox. Once one or more of these actions are picked at random, the mechanical tendrils will send electric signals to various parts of the brain to direct L-U-000 to execute the task. When asked about whether it was capable of intercepting the signal, ◼◼◼◼◼ mentioned it was 'really fucking hard' to pinpoint where it was coming from, but it could figure out that the signal originated from 'somewhere outside the current universe'.
The intended use of this technology is unknown. When asked if ◼◼◼◼◼ was capable of interfacing with the device's command box, ◼◼◼◼◼ refused to respond. Furthermore, it kept the metal cap, citing it was going to 'look into it'. It has not been seen since.
ABILITY
L-U-000 possesses a myriad of strange powers; it is hard to pinpoint which are innate abilities and which are aid it receives from relevant Objects or other Category L subjects. However, L-U-000's abilities can be assumed to be the following:
L-U-000 is able to call upon 'subs'. By declaring an aleatory number, L-U-000 can emit a call for aid in exchange for an amount of 'subs'. This has an 82.4% chance of summoning a C-grade QIN to its location, which will fulfill the request to the best of its ability. L-U-000 has a preference for calling for numbers divisible by five; its most common bid is 25. There is a possibility that these 'subs' may cause a mind-alteration effect which QIN are more susceptible to, but as of writing, there is no evidence of 'subs' attracting any other entities.
L-U-000's primary abilities Come from being a 'gamer'. It primarily uses two types of 'gamer skills': 'grinding' and 'speedrunning'. These skills become absent when L-U-000 is not considered a 'gamer'.
'Grinding' allows L-U-000 to quickly learn skills it has learned before. By using a combination of memories and hard data stored inside its cap, the anomaly can repeatedly perform actions in a way that optimizes the adoption of the desired skill. Whilst in the process of 'grinding', L-U-000 does not seem to acknowledge weariness or hunger, suggesting the anomaly is achieving a trace or 'zen' state, but it continues to perform these actions linearly in time. The 'grinding' takes less than twenty-four hours in the majority of cases, although some may extend to weeks.
The 'Speedrunning' ability lets L-U-000 traverse long distances in a short amount of time, as well as complete labor-intensive tasks faster: In this state, the anomaly performs a series of body movements that allow it to perform tasks faster than the physics of reality will allow. It is speculated that L-U-000 achieves this by exploiting holes in these very laws, however, recreation of these maneuvers produced a spectrum of adverse reactions, such as torn muscles, dislocationof several bones, and-overall lack of results. It is likely this is due to not being a 'gamer', although the conditions to achieve this status appear to be arbitrary.
L-U-000 is also capable of hibernating for long periods of time by setting a timer imeasured in hours regardless of length inside its skullcap. Once hibernation starts, the anomaly will lose consciousness, entering a state of stasis in which it cannot be maimed or killed. It will then sleep until it has gotten to its desired time; at this moment, it becomes vulnerable again to outside threats
Another 'gamer' ability L-U-000 possesses is the ability to 'no-clip'. When attempting this procedure, the anomaly will find a corner and proceed to 'clip' or phase into it, vanishing into the wall. It is unknown how long L-U-000 can do this, or how it is able to continue exhibiting living functions while inside the materials. It is unknown if the anomaly can perform this feat utilizing places other than corners.
COGNITION
L-U-000 bears a striking resemblance to statues depicting the 'Eight Divines'-- otherworldly beings attributed with god-like powers-- across several countries. It is nearly impossible to tell which one preceded the other; heavy Category L-interference gives much room to the theory that some entities may have been aware of L-U-000 before it had a chance to enter the universe. It is possible as well that L-U-000 did not exist until the weight of the world's collective consensus gave it a will of its own, much like previous Conceptual anomalies.

However, the current research is inconclusive on this subject matter; there is not enough evidence to discern where L-U-000 derives its power from, or its point of origin.
BEHAVIOR
L-U-000 displays bouts of extremely unstable behavior. Whereas most of the time the anomaly is somewhat docile, it also has the habit of becoming uncontrollably violent towards itself and others, for this reason, residents are advised to exercise extreme caution when interacting with this anomaly
L-U-000, when prompted, may mention events that did not occur in this universe or have not happened yet. Furthermore, it appears to disregard its own feelings with ease, reacting inappropriately to events or taking actions that may appear --or just are-- nonsensical.
The anomaly does not appear to have a preferred environment or enclosure. In fact, it appears to hibernate whenever it is given the chance, and does not sleep otherwise.
L-U-000's diet consists of a 3-inch metal egg dubbed 'G-FUEL' (short for Gamer Fuel), L-U-000 must consume this egg within approximately 24 hours of continued consciousness; if it fails, its electronic enhancements may cease to work, terminating it instantly. Once the egg is consumed, the anomaly becomes capable of fueling itself through ordinary eggs at a rate comparable to the average person.
The anomaly possesses a heightened emotional response, becoming incredibly attached to living beings and objects alike. This most often appears to take the form of a parental role: it has adopted three children, of the names 'Dowsing Rod', 'Rebel', and 'Melon'. However, its previously noted behavior patterns make it a flighty and often absent figure, it appears to have also repeatedly attempted to form a romantic relationship with a Class-B QIN. There is a possibility these mental compulsions may not even be properly attributed to L-U-000 at all.
It is an inevitable conclusion from the obtained data that L-U-000's behavior is hard to predict, and may even change completely depending on the environmental factors, as well as the whims of whatever --or whoever-- is commanding it.
CONTAINMENT
L-U-000 is to not be contained, as attempted containment produces discontent in other Category L anomalies, as well as increasing their willingness to breach by 13.3%.
lf given permission to contain, the G-FUEL is to be secured and kept out of reach until the anomaly is considered Stable. If the Egg has already been consumed. then L-U-000 is to be placed in a room with no more than one exit and possessing no corners: it will not be able to escape, and will be forced to hibernate indefinitely.
In the case an unrecognized entity, regardless of category, attempts to contain L-U 000, they are to be restrained and delivered to ◼◼◼◼◼◼ 'R1' for interrogation. If the entity is unresponsive, they are to be Terminated immediately.
IN CASE OF BREACH
If L-U-000 is to breach, it is to be Terminated and its skullcap destroyed beyond reasonable doubt. The entity or restarcher may then evacuate ◼◼◼◼◼◼◼ immediately

Why would L-U-000 be controlled by an outside force? If the anomaly is a tool for something else, then the tool must have its use. And yet, L-U-000 remains chaotic and unresponsive for most tasks. What does this 'other' stand to gain? Possible answers are: Knowledge of this world; Power; Entettainment. L-U-000 may be nothing more than a bomb attached to a remote controller. And why does it resemble the divines? If this one exists, are there more prowling the universe? Or are the rest controlling it?
Results are inconclusive. Proposing deeper investigation into sections of its theology. Speculation is to be moved to a personal document.

Noted here due to lack of peer-review: L-U-000's essence emits something akin to impending doom. It is as though it was destined to die. What exactly makes it give off this aura is unknown.
