> You found this far too quick.
There it is. The door to your room. Was it from pure luck or a natural desire for the truth that led you to it so quickly? You feel like you didn't even know how to find it, really. But at the same time... You just, knew, what to do. Ugh, weird thoughts. Don't give yourself a headache, you've been getting them to easy anytime you focus on noises. Even the ones revolving in your head.
> Stop staring at the door and just enter.
Right, right. No need for stalling when you've made so much progress in such a short time. You take hold of the handle, opening the door, and as you enter...
> You hear a heartbeat.
It's oppressive, almost as if it's weighing your mind down. Your heart begins to beat erratically, so you attempt to locate a light switch. There was no light switch. Your anxiety is rising. You have to get out.
> Turn around and escape.
Where are the door?
> Oh no.
Where's the walls?
> No. no. NO.
You're trapped. Trapped inside this circular cage with no exit in sight. Why can't you LEAVE!? The heartbeat is surrounding you, and you can feel your own heartbeat forcefully sync with the room's. You feel so strained, but abnormally steady at the same time. The room is keeping you from panicking, but your stomach is still uneasy. You're beginning to see things fade in and out of your vision. Hearts. Fleshy, pulsating blood pumpers visualizing that damned organic rhythm you've been cursed with for as long as you live.
> Look down.
Aside from the shifting darkness, you find neatly made stacks of paper south of your room, beside where your door *would* be.
> Examine summaries.
Four stacks. All labeled.
1: Rooms you've found.
2: Rooms you haven't found.
3: Rooms that could be.
4: Rooms that couldn't be.
You feel sick to your stomach when looking at them. Is it because you're getting the answers you desire? Is it because you're getting them, but you're locked inside with the knowledge? God..
> Review.
You begrudgingly pick up the first paper of the first stack and begin reading.
You suppose that, since you’ve been documenting a couple rooms now, that you might as well ensure this stack is legitimate. But what do you use to sign it?
…
> Verify.
Disgusting.
The Auditor has claimed his room.
